Has anyone been keeping up of late with Star Trek Attack Wing? My local FLGS has not been restocking the ships for some time now (they've been sitting on a half-stocked shelf for some time now), and I haven't seen any *new* ships since the Xindi, just a few reprints (been trying to get my hands on a not-outrageously costed Voyager).

Looking on Wizkid's site, it looks like they had some releases planned for summer with faction cards and some sort of fleet set for the coming fall. Does anyone know if these are on track, and what they actually contain - has anything been spoilered?

The new Faction Packs should be coming out this month. A new starter box was announced, and no new sculpts, but new ships are coming. /shrug All my info comes from the Facebook group Star Trek Attack Wing Community. There are OP's still going on, but prizes are not the same (no more prize ships).

Yeah, they've been doing a ton of repaints for the reprint ships. WizKids is also supposed to be offering "blank" models later this year for people to paint. I'm thinking Bright Pink Klingons myself...

The first of the card packs comes out at the end of August. I believe the new starter is late September and the faction packs further into the fall.

I don't recall when the unpainted ships are coming, but I know it is this fall. I have, very little interest in painting tiny ships, so I just glanzed over it.

Though you have to keep in mind that anytime manufacturing from China is involved that delays are possible. WK is working hard to bring us lots of new goodies.

The faction packs are going to be a great deal 4 ships for $30. The card packs are pretty good too with a $10 MSRP.

If you are in good with your local store WK is promoting their SideKick events and are making some of the older OPs available. My store was able to get all of the Q OPs and the Temporal Cold War for a 2nd play. I think we may have gotten the Classic Movie OP again too.
