As much as I love my Hera / Ahsoka list I think its time to try something different, this is an attempt at a high PS alpha strike, any advice much appreciated

Oi! Stop muscling in on my playstyle!
No specific feedback on the list so much as you need to stick with it for a good few games as it's a real switch up from what you usually run, and you will make mistakes in play that could distort the relative effectiveness of the list until you've got your head around the switch.

I think I'll just get confused with actually rolling dice rather than just saying 'accuracy corrector for two' over and over

I both love and hate this list (and the variants of), when you get the alpha off it is absolutely devastating but if your oppo boxes a bit clever and prevents you from doing so (remember the rule of 11 people) then it can really struggle.
Got no real criticism of the list, it is really good, probably the best that Imps have at the moment but I recommend a hell of a lot of practice and don't for goodness sake just try and rush 4-5 forward every turn that you can!

The basic concept is good, and probably one of the best imperial options right now, but the individual ships need some work.
Vader is ok. Some people want engine upgrade, some think it's not necessary, but that's the only change I'd consider.
Quickdraw wants VI, FCS, and maybe pattern analyzer or primed thrusters if you fill the tech slot at all. PTL + electronic baffle is an amusing gimmick, but expensive and worse than just being PS 11 with FCS. At PS 9 you aren't getting a whole lot out of the "shoot before they can get actions" idea as most targets will already have their defensive tokens by that point, so you might as well just be PS 11 and have an advantage after the opening shot. And hyperwave comm scanner does almost nothing, you're already deploying last most of the time (especially with PS 11) so it's just wasted points.
The Inquisitor needs PTL and autothrusters, period. Dump cruise missiles if you have to, without those key upgrades it's just a wasted ship. You can't afford to have ships that are dead weight once the missiles are gone or you fail to set up the speed-4 alpha strike turn. Alternatively you can make this Omega Leader or VI Duchess if you need to save some points.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices. |

Will give both versions a run out, not sure what the hyperwave wave was doing, squadron builder misclick is likely
