Today I finished my long forgotten project - little robot/men to accompany my Kastelan Robots.




Have to admit I really liked them when I dusted my old collection of stuff. Have to admit they are all painted as squad leaders (alphas) since in future I plan to ditch the bags on chest and cover holes made for them with greenstuff.
Anyway how do they look? What would you change in future additions? Any comments are welcome.

Do you have a componant list breakdown?

Im seeing iron armour legs, deathwatch torsos and sicaran heads. Is that right?

The Shotgun is from Deatwatch box and so is torso, Infiltrator head from Ruststalker/Infiltrator box and legs and arms from Mk. III power armor. You got most of things right, nice "spot the bitz" skills

Not the first thing I would like to hear about my army but it is a valid and positive response.

No don't worry it's positive, I'm a big fan of Kastelans and your robots are equally cute/awesome. Clever conversions for the heads, did it fit right in with the necks ?

I think they look snazzy (and yes also cute)

Had to cut out the bit that normally keeps head on Infiltrators neck but then it was no problem as the "gorget" from Deathwatch is small enough to glue the head on top.

Awesome! They remind me of Hordak's soldiers from She-Ra.

Thank you. You are not only one who sees villain in them. In my old WIP thread many compared them to guys from Doctor Who. I myself see some resemblance to buffed-up version of Alpha-5 from Power Rangers
