If he doesn't run battle forged, he loses +1 to psychic and deny the witch tests and his Troops choices don't have Knights of Titan(objective secured). Also he doesn't get the Grey Knight Stratagems.

Where did it say in the Codex that the detachment had to be all GK? I only saw that your army had to be battle-forged.
Page 96 - "In this section you’ll find rules for Battle-forged armies that include Grey Knights Detachments – that is, any Detachment which includes only Grey Knights units. "

D'oh, missed that. Interesting though, in the actual rules for BoP and the one that gives Obsec, it just says if your army is battle-forged you get those bonuses. Why the devil wouldn't they put "battle-forged armies consisting of only grey knights units"? Boom, no mistaking that.
