I want to play a Lord of <Kulls in my army but I do not like very much the model. DO you think it will be authorized to use a Kytan Engine WYSWYG instead ?

Depends on where you play. Best to check with TO in the area where you play. For casual: If your opponent agrees, you are good to go.

I would not allow it at our tournaments myself. The dimensions of the models are not roughly the same. I would allow the Kytan to pass as a (khornate) renegade knight though...
