Hey kids! I've attempted to get into wargaming a few times in the past, but it was always pushed to the side, either because of money, time, or all my friends playing Magic instead. Now I've got a job with a set schedule, I've got time and spare money for a hobby! Went to my LGS and they talked me into playing Age of Sigmar and sent me home with paints and a box of Skaven Clanrats. I've been slowly painting them over the last week, practicing the basics of painting, and watching my progress from model to model. I'm suprised how much I enjoyed painting, and it's the way I relax when I get home from work. I joined DakkaDakka to learn all I can from you guys for painting and modeling. I'm out of St. Louis, and hang out occasionally at the Games Workshop store in that area.
