Nurglings are troops so can't you have two battalion detachments with the number of HQs you have? This would increase your CP.

Not sure you are packing enough high STR and AP units to deal with bigger dudes but I like the amount of bubble wrap and Objective sitters you bring. Might not need the last 12 plaguebearers though, 72 (my opinion) is a considerable number for a unit that is essentially a damage sink. You also lose the passive -1 to hit by not taking over 20.
