been trying to get a 2 toned scheme to work on my nids. the carapace i want shiny and the skin i want matte i have been using a matte sealer over the minis and then ard coating on the carapace parts and some minis come out beautiful... but the other 75% end up tacky on the shells. I do wash the carapace with agrax earthshade before i clear and i let that set overnight to completely dry. but it still comes out tacky. ive tried using a hair dryer no effect. is there a better clear gloss out there? that wont end up tacky

Is it possible that you've used too much of the stuff? I've seen people using to much coat and did it myself too. It messes with the haptics.

Future floor polish dries hard and shiny. Perfect for shells.
