Got the Warlaord Late War Bolt Action models for Airborne. Where are the rules for them as they seem to be a bit different than what is in the book for paratroopers.

They should be on the instructions, alternatively you can find them on easy army or in the battle of the bulge campaign book

If you have the rmy of the USA book, it's in it: just look up the entry paratroopers (late war) or somehting like that. If not, then it' basically just veteran infantry. The difference would be a special rule (most prolly stubborn, like the soviet paratroopers)and as oposed to early war, equipment available.

There is no rules for Late War Airborne in the US book, just the early and mid that the metal models represent.

Might just have to use the veteran profile for US infantry in here.

There is an entry, in the battle of the bulge campaign book. They're 14pts per veteran and they have stubborn. The NCO and 4 other men may have an SMG, 1 man can have a BAR, up to 2 men can have LMGs with 2 other men becoming loaders, and the entire squad may take AT grenades.
