Im doing a conversion of the standard 120mm spacemarine model, im turning him into a devastator..specifically plasma cannon.

Few more updates, was very tedious made more so by the manflu. I did a lot of prep, repair work and a bit of tinkering with a bionic eye assembly, finished off by som work on the back pack.

One handle down one to go. I've done some additional plate armour to protect the ole danglies etc.

ok here's the updated/oldschool pac and yes ive put a couple of bits n bobs in to break up the flat bits.

i've done a few mock ups make sure that everything fits as it should and finally decided on a power cable connector setup.

started to bling the shoulder pads.....was torn between 4th company and 9th went with 4th front line over REMF.

Wow, this is another level of imagination, creativity and skill that maybe one day I might achieve.

A question: What tool did you use to make the 4 holes on the front part of the plasma gun?

Danceof slaanesh i made a wee press punch out of milliput then just pressed it into the muzzle when it was almost set.
few more updates plasma guns primed and ready and ive started on the other pauldron...no clues as to what the chapter might be lol.

Dude!!!! Thats really smart, really gotta try that when i start sculpting hard surface stuff. I was first thinking you used a drill to make a hole and then used a dremel to widen it. But that would probebly be impossible to keep consistant. Thanks for sharing.

No problem been there done that its just a wobbly ugly mess by hand with the dremmel.

Temper tested beyond saint hood trying to get this nobber tacked into position so i could do the cables, Enjoy go on i dare you!

Sculptings all done now i just have to wait for my new paint tp arrive.
