Hi.
I have found myself with a fairly rounded admech force but have absolutely no idea what to do for a colour scheme, I've looked at some of the "official" colour schemes but don't want red on my army, I also think that browns make the skitarii look to much like chaos cultists. What colour schemes do you guys think would look cool on admech or haven't been done enough.
Cheers

There's Ryza, Metalica or Lucius as mostly non-red options.

Originally the Adeptus Mech's color was white, so maybe white cloth and gunmetal metal parts?

So for a pale army of skeletons look.

Doctor doom is a cool idea I was thinking of using warlocks from destiny as some inspiration

Green isn't a bad idea actually. I quite like it. I'd probably go more with less saturated green, and use it in combination with black.

Victorian era industrial machinery was frequently painted green for some reason and this continued to be the case until well after WW2, so it's a very suitable colour if you want to evoke that kind of feeling. It was also commonly used on steam locomotives, the Flying Scotsman is probably the most famous.

Victorian steam locomotive liveries might be a good source for inspiration.

I would probably differentiate between uniforms and gear, so if i painted the vehicles green, I'd pick a different shade of green, if not an entirely different colour for the robes and other uniform effects.
