I´m trying to make a fluffy warband. And I want it to have marines form all colors. (rubrics, Berzerkers, plague and noise)

So my question is. Apart from Black Legion. Are there other legions in which I could add all kinds of chaos marines and still be fluffy?

Word Bearers are a possibility. While they are generally concerned with "all Chaos", there is room for various specialists.

From a Legion perspective, probably none. Each of the legions went very different ways, or they fragmented into random warbands and no longer adhere to their legions tactics or ideals.
You also arent going to get Rubric marines unless they are Tson. It's possible for a warband of another legion, chapter, or just random to ally with some Tsons and get Rubric marines, but no other marines can become rubrics.

Tsons - every last non psykic marine was turned to dust, the sorcerers worship tzeench
Death Guard - all of them were infected by plague and worship nurgle
World Eaters - The primary and secondary hosts worship khorne and field majority bezerkers. It is POSSIBLE that there is a warband of world eaters that doesnt worship Khorne exclusively and potentially has psykers.
Emperors Children - Most followed their primarch in worshiping slannesh and giving way to excess. It is possible that a warband of Emperors Childred didnt give in to excess and worhsip of Slannesh.

Word Bearers - The most unified of the legions, almost all follow Lorgar in his worship of chaos undivided. No marking, no rubrics, zerkers, plauge marines or noise marines.
Iron Warriors - Fragmented legion but they do not like mutation. It is hard to see them being interested in becoming Bezerkers, Plauge Marines or Noise marines. They might easily ally with some though.
Night Lords - Fragmented but they dont worship chaos and dont mutate. It's entirely possible that they ally with some other chaos forces though.
Alpha Legion - No one really knows, but they dont appear to worship chaos, nor do they reside inside the eye of terror. They like to infiltrate and use deception and frankly using cult marines isn't a very good way to infiltrate.

So basically if you want a LEGION you need to go with Black Legion. If you want to make a fractured warband you could have much of your leadership from one of the other legions that no longer follow their primarch or legion's tactics or rules. You could also have a renegade chapter that turned to chaos sometime between 10,000 years ago and just now.

This. Specifically the bit regarding leadership of your warband hailing from a specific Legion and using their old tactics. In fact, I am pretty sure that this was intended by the new codex anyway. Fluffwise, all Rubric Marines are Thousand Sons. Well, that is a real pain if I want to use them as Mercenaries and don't want to buy a whole new detachment for them, now isn't it? Except that they have the <Legion> keyword on their datasheet. You can take them as Alpha Legion, or Iron Warriors, or whatever you want as long as it is not World Eaters(silly Khorne).

Honestly, Black Legion has the most prevalent History of doing this. Abaddon has troops from all walks in his Black Crusades. That said, I could see Berserkers, Plague Marines, and Noise Marines hailing from any of the non-cult Legions. Just not in large numbers like you find in their dedicated legions. Alpha Legion constantly subverts the Imperium, and has had access to at least one set of not corrupted geneseed, so they can draw from wherever they need to for troops and use them as pawns. Iron Warriors have been practicing their warfare on Medrengard for the last 10,000 years, and could have picked up any number of useful pawns and weak willed champions to further their campaigns. Night Lords do not mutate often, but do use gifts from all four of the gods of chaos in their lust for terror. Word Bearers can undoubtedly draw in troops from all legions, either as allies or loyal vassals(read weak willed champions).

Personally, I play a combination of Alpha Legion and their Iron Warrior/Night Lord/Renegade Chapter pawns/allies. Great tactics, unknown motivation, plenty of variety and storytelling.

Black Legion, they get access to all the hrertical goodies.

Please note, for those of you who play Chaos Daemons as a faction the term "Daemon" is potentially offensive. Instead, please play codex "Chaos: Mortally Challenged". Thank you.

I say you should use AL. They are known to paint their armour in a mix of paint scheme so they can look like other legions for nefarious reasons. If you want a unit of World Eater painted CSM next to a Death Guard, I say that's your best bet.

Black Legion is definitely the most fluffy choice, though Word Bearers would make a good second choice.

Go with either the Black Legion, or a Renegade Chapter. Those are your best bets.

In the 7th edition Black Legion Codex, they describe processes to make new Bezerkers and Rubric Marines. There's also a Plague Lord called Corpulax who is now a Plague Marine but was not a member of the Death Guard. So while the vast majority of Cult troops come from their perspective legions, there's already precedent in 40K lore for non members of that legion to be cult members. So you could go with a warband lead by another legion, and have picked up some other cult members along the way or created some new ones over the centuries. A good back story can go a long way.

I run Alpha Legion too. The actual Legionaries disdain Chaos worshippers, so don't join cults themselves and keep a more classical legion organisation. If I want Zerkers or Plaguers in a list I simply treat them as outside specialists who have been hired or duped for the duration of a job.
Maybe we pay them, maybe we expend them as fodder. Hey, we're bad guys.

In Allied legions include alpha legion, iron warriors, night lords and word bearers. They can all incorporate all the different marks.

For fluff Madura make up your own unique warband. That way, when GW changes the rules and makes X soooooo much better than Y, your not pidgin holed by your paint scheme or your fluff. I am modelling up some Dark Wolves. They have existing fluff, although only FW. ThAt way I can use any legion trait I like and no one can say I am doing it wrong.
