So I was looking for a way to make more Auxiliary Grenade Launchers for my Space Marine Intercessors (I wanted one for each of the Dark Imperium Squads). I ended up finding a way to make them using some parts from the regular Intercessor kit. Here is a list of the parts you will need:
1. Your base Intercessor.
2. Part 67 (the Auto Bolt Rifle piece for the Bolt Rifle)
3. Part 97 (a grenade holder)

First, you need to prepare your Intercessor. Start by cutting off the rectangular piece that juts out underneath the barrel. This will give you room for the great launcher barrel. Next cut off the strap attachment point. Then, you will see how the area where the strap assembly sat has a sort of trapezoidal appearance. File or cut that down so it is flush. Your bolt rifle should be ready to accept the new grenade launcher.

Second, take part 67. This is the Auto bolt rifle feeder and magazine assembly. The feeder (the revolver looking part) is what we are after. Cut it away from the piece so all you are left with is the cylinder/revolver part. You should have a cylindrical piece with a flat side. Take this piece and glue it to the flat spot you made on your bolt rifle.

Third, take part 97. This is just a Grenade, but it makes a pretty good barrel. Just sand down both ends of the grenade piece so they are flat. Next, take your grenade and glue it to the area just below the barrel of the Bolt Rifle. Leave a little space between the two barrels.

Voila! You have a new Auxiliary Grenade Launcher!

I will post pictures of my two completed grenade launcher and later.

Here is a picture of one of the results. He isn't perfect, but he gets the job done.

Thanks! It probably would look a little better with the barrel sanded down a little more, but I came to that conclusion after everything was glued in place and it would probably rip the barrel off if I tried to do it now.
