i just have a quick question:

how does Tesla react with -1 Rules?

Example1:

My Immortals have an -1 to hit Debuff from some Psykers, does this make Tesla impossible to proc? Because every rolled 6 gets converted into a 5 so no tesla?

Example2:

With MWBD every 5 i roll gets converted into a 6 and every 6 into a 7, hence Tesla procs with 6+...both 5 and 6 activate tesla?

Example3:

Immortals get debuffed with -1 to hit and buffed with MWBD...so it converts every rolled 6 to a 5 and then to a 6 again, right? so Tesla procs on a rolled 6

To my knowledge and from how modifiers have been described throughout the lead-up to 8th edition and in the FAQ for the rules, all three scenarios are correct unless the proc conditions specifies unmodified roll of a 6.

Your final roll has to be a 6.

So if you have +1 to hit you proc on 5s (final roll is 6)

If you have -1 to hit you can't proc Tesla.

Unless it specifies unmodified roll the roll specified is the modified value. The Tesla specifies each hit roll of 6+, the o ly way to get above 6 is by modofiers.- so it is after modifiers that you check for Tesla.
