Did the same one some while back, nice one to paint. You painted it more gory but it looks good.
Some spaces where you could improve: cables, use some different colours instead of the ones you are already using. Also take a look at the places where they enter the flesh. Looks you used a bit too much metal there.

Great work chaps, I am very impressed if this is really your 5th model!

One tip to make them even better. The skin is very dark on both of your models, it looks like your are using mainly the Waaaggh Flesh colour.
If you google 'Duncan Rhodes Ork Skin' you will see that the GW paint maestro himself builds it up further using lighter greens like Warboss green on the raised areas to really make it pop.

Nicely done. I'm assuming that because you just started painting that you have a basic collection of paints, I would invest in some washes (Agrax Earthshade for Metallics and Athonian Camoshade for skin). To make the boots stand out from the pants add a bit of black into the brown, add a bit of white to the brown to highlight the pants.

Not a GW apologist

Fixed some sloppy parts and added green to some places,

His.. hair? Rope? Standard?
Whatever
Is now gold to reflect the rest of the army
I've decided any model with gold trim is the respective leader of something
Added wild rider red to highlight the cloth and cybork eye
Added green trim to the gun and armour (inspired by struikrover3)

Look at the lense. Clean that up a little and put some shine on it. And think about your basing.

It's a good start, and layering done right is the prettiest way to do Ork skin. However that is really time consuming when you start talking about 30 Boyz per squad.

I would like to recommend a little different technique, call it shading if you will. Basically undercoat the model white. Shade the flesh with Agrax Earthshade. Let it dry completely. Shade again with Biel-Tan Green. Let it dry. Now shade once more with Biel-Tan Green (or Athonian Camoshade if you prefer a dirtier green). Now you're basically done with the skin. And as a beginner that is going to look many times better than you can accomplish by layering and save you a ton of time (not counting drying time). You can also do all the cloth areas with this technique as well if you want (obviously with another shade than a green one )

Example (sorry for potato photo):
Spoiler:

Everything except bases, metallics, eyes, teeth and a few finishing details have been done with SHADES ONLY. They're not masterpieces by any means but they look great on the tabletop. You can find more comprehensive guides from the web pretty easily, "painting orks with washes" is a good starting point.

Hope this helps!

Looks already way improved. Indeed orks have a lot of details and a boyz squad is time consuming!

Fifth model?
Darn good work!
Future fotos need more light.
Hard to make out as these are a bit dark.
