I'm sure most of you have seen this. Some of you may have even been affected by it. It's a complete shambles. I would say that it's laughable but so many people have been screwed over by it it's now just tragic.

I would also sincerely hope that this is the beginning of the end of this gak company...

For once, the market plays against them.

If you offer gak conditions don't be surprised your pilots take the first chance to fly for someone else (Norwegian, in this case)

Apparently Ryanair is now trying to lure Brazilian pilots to fly for them.

You get what you pay for. You buy cheap, you get a Micky mouse service. It's no surprise Ryanair just refund your £30 flight and leave you high and dry in a foreign country.

Pretty much this. Ryanair is considered by many to be the pinnacle of terrible customer service; I'm surprised that people who even give an inkling of a damn about that still get upset when it happens to them.

You pay for good service. I don't think that's an excuse for them to hide behind, but equally people should be intelligent enough to know that good customer service and experience does not come for free 9 times out of 10.

I'm almost sure that for flights in, to and from EU locations, tge airline is obligated by law to either offer a new ticket or pay a hefty compensation, especially in the case of missed connections

Thr company may exist. I'm not sure how long boss will be in the job though.

And yes, EU flights are covered under certain laws but I do believe there's still a few who a re not covered if they give certain egress of notice.

Pretty gakky behaviour.

Sgt. Vanden - OOC Hey, that was your doing. I didn't choose to fly in the "Dongerprise'.

Never knew bad language was forbidden on the site. I'll keep my mine in check and report all bad language I see from now on.

Anyway, my brother booked his flights to Madrid with Ryanair. And they're starting to cancel on him. I warned him not to use them, but I was told to stay out of it because I don't know anything about traveling because I hardly go anywhere.

As far as I recall, Ryan Air don't do connecting flights and specifically advise against booking flights A:B B:C with them because if there is a delay on A:B you will be stuck and miss B:C.
