The tail looks like they just used black, and the fur along the back looks like they used some German cam. Black Brown and highlighted up to Black.
But the rest of the fur, i canĀ“t really tell what they used to get that color composition.
Anyone got any ideas?

Well, it was probably done in a computer rather than with paints. You can just save the picture, open it up with an image editor like GIMP and get swatches of the colours that were used and then try and find their closest matches in actual paint ranges.

If i was going to try it, my first thought would be drybrushed up vallejo model color green brown, then yellow ochre, sand yellow, and ice yellow as progressively smaller drybrushed highlights, over a german panzer grey/really dark navy base or primer coat, but thats purely swatch picking off their website and guesswork.
