Hello all,
long time RPG player here and though I have dabbled with table top games in the past (axis and allies minis and mordheim) I have finally taken the plunge and have decided to jump into the new 8th edition 40K. I have been watching a lot of games online and liking how the game flows and seems to be a lot of fun to play. I have just started a astra miillatarum army, for some reason regular old humans standing up to the horrors of the warp seems like a lot of fun to play. Hope to post more as soon as I actually complete and army and get it to the battlefield.

Hello! I am also a Cleveland 40k player! Let me know if you'd be interested in meeting up sometime! I've got Orks and Ultramarines, and my wife plays Space Wolves also.

Where are the good stores in Cleveland? I'll be there around Christmas time, and I would be interested in hanging out in some game stores if family gets too overwhelming.

I mostly game at either my own game room, or my brother's basement. But we do have a couple of stores that are local-ish to Cleveland. (I don't believe there are any in the city proper)

Gamers Haven is in Parma Heights, maybe 15 min from CLE

Recess is in North Olmstead, about 20 min west of CLE

Games Workshop store itself is in Gates Mills/Mayfield Heights, about 20 min southeast of CLE

Comic Heaven is in Willoughby though I don't think they have tables in-store anymore, about 30 min east of CLE

I think that's it as far as the greater Cleveland area goes, might be another store or 2 further south near Akron....
