Hey, Dakka! Like many, I've gotten excited about joining the brand new DG bandwagon, and played around with a new list. I'm not exactly looking for a competitive list, Justice trying out some of the new mechanics.

Spoiler:

The idea is an inexorable advance. Plaguecasters and haulers will provide cover whilst the troops march forwards in a mailed fist formation. Surgeons will give FNP rerolls to shooting Marines, and the Blightbringer and Putrifier supports the close combat Marines.

Lemme know what you guys think!

I really like the idea of this list. I'm just a little confused on the assault unit, you seem to have included 2 units of Plaguebearers in the unit

I would try to replace the Putrifier with the Blightspawn, he'll do better to provide you with a bit of charge defence, and his sprayer is pretty good

Other than that I think the list looks fun

If you weren't planning on adding those that frees up some room.

I would add a 3rd Blight Hauler for the +1 to hit, and make them one unit.

I would also add some more pox walkers for objective grabbing/ screening

I like this list, but I think I'd put the CC Plague Marines in a Rhino with the extra points. My rational is that footslogging them just leaves them open to being shot to death and they don't gain anything from the DG chapter tactic. If I was any opponent I would prioritize that unit to die as the volume of CC attacks is a real threat.
