Written up a 1500pts gutbuster list, have won 4/5 games with it but it doesn't seem to run particularly well.

Leaders:
Tyrant
Butcher

Battlelines:
Ogors x12
Ogors x 6
Leadbelchers x3
Ironguts x 6

1480/1500

Any tips or advice on how these guys could run better or what would work better in the list.

Honestly one of the best things gutbusters have going for them is just irongut spam. Hell, I wouldn't even run more than one unit of regular ogors for objectives/meat shielding. Also maneaters will give you the character-sniping you need more than leadbelchers and with the brawler ability (never take the others) they wreck face in melee even harder than ironguts. Glass cannons, though. Also make sure your tyrant has dual weapons (and pistols of course) while your butcher is using the free cauldron upgrade.

Didn't think the butcher could take couldron anymore, can't find rules for it? Maneaters are a fair shout! However the ironguts are hugely pricey, i mean i can get 12 regular ogors for the price of 6 ironguts and that unit of 12 really does do well.
Are leadbelchers even worth it or should I just take them out completely?
Definitely thinking about some maneater allies though

I think the unit of 12 bulls is good, but also very unwieldy. I would bring it down to a single 6-man unit or two 3-man units to free up points. On ironguts, note they have a 2" melee range which means they can be behind another ogor and often still swing, making 6-man units pretty strong since they need only 120mm of frontage to get all their attacks. Even 3-man units can swing from behind a line of regular ogors. Also the 'down to the ironguts' ability is absolutely awesome.

I would drop leadbelchers, they are alright for the points but not as good as other ogor units. Use the points it frees up to ally in maneaters instead.

The butcher cauldron is an option on the default butcher warscroll, it was added with the Grand Alliance: Destruction book. Easily converted by throwing a cauldron with extra meat bits onto the back of a normal butcher model.
