So trying to get feed back on this 2k list im working on, comes out to 1990 points.

-Chaos warriors x20 Sword and Board
-Chaos warriors x20 Halbard and board
-Chaos warriors x20 Great weapons

So the plan for this was going to be stack the sword and board warriors up front, and the halbards behind them, then the fire glaives behind that and run them like the old elf city guard. The halbards can attack over the front row and the fire glaives can fire over all of them. The whole time being in range of the shrine, which gives all mortal units a 6+ FNP. would also keep the lord on manticore close by to give them all the slaves bonus of being able to reroll 1s to save thanks to tzeench marked.

Then for the great weapon guys, the wombo combo move would be to use the manticore ability on them to give them reroll to wound and reroll charge, then give them mystic shield, so they have a 3+, then cast the shrine buff on them to make that a 3+ rerollable, then use Sayl the faithless's ability to teleport them 9" away form an enemy. Because they have the command buff, i would then just need to roll an 8 on 2 dice for a change but still be able to reroll it. So sayl will give me a lot of board control since i can just teleport him or any other unit any were on the battlefield.

I might dump the Daemon price for just a regular lord maybe?

Slaves to darkness cannot ally Legion of Azgorh for its allegiance. Unless there is an errata somewhere that I missed.

I honestly don't see anything saying they can, but the list builders are letting me take them as allies
