How did they make this red guy?
in the descrption they said skitarii + IG.. but no idea i.e. from where the head is .. i love the idea od hood/robish look to use them as acolytes/cultists for my chaos army

They used the Skitarii ranger head with the company comander legs and body. The skitarii neck bit is too big for the torso so you will need to cut or file back a lot to make it look good.

Final, those aren't Ranger heads, they don't have the big eye pieces on them. The masks might be off the Cadian Command box as well, though.. that would make sense.
I might have to do some of those.

Greatcoated Cadian Commander legs from the Cadian Command Squad box.
Head is from the Wood Elf Wildwood Ranger.
Mask is from the Cadian Command Squd box as well--there's a set of 5 in the box with a bit of tubing attached to them.
