What is your *goal* here, exactly?
If you're trying to make a fluffy army... It doesn't really work.
If you're trying to make a competetive army... It REALLY doesn't work.

Gimme an idea what your mindset is, I can offer better advice.

Competitive but casual, I want an ultramarines themed list. Ultramarines are flexible in all roles I want a list that can do so, which is why i included the bikes. The bikes can lead the advance and I can drop calgar in to grant reroll to hit to all bikes. Everyone else tags along with guilliman rerolling everything and pressing the opponent.

I want ultramarines characters in the list in functional ways.

In that case: There's a few major problems here.
Firstly, Calgar will only be able to support the bikes for one turn. He doesn't really 'fit' with them, can only support them if you don't need them really close to enemy units, and he's super likely to get picked off.
Also, Grav-Guns are terrible, especially if you have handy rerolls nearby to make Plasma even better than it already is.

Finally, you are ridiculously topheavy with your characters. It's a 2k list, and nearly half of your points are tied up in HQ units - That is, simply put, way too many. Half of what you're taking now would still be a bit much.

Won the game it was nice and close towards the end. Initially I had quite an overwhelming advantage with my original game plan but things fell apart when my opponent dropped behind my lines threatening my devastators and I had to send guilliman in to deal with a Grav Cannon toting devastator unit + an Iron Clad dreadnoought.

Other than that, everything went according to plan and I won "The Scouring" handily.

Calgar was quite the MVP taking up where guilliman left off boosting the forward moving poritons of the army and punching a LOT of enemies in the face including getting slay the warlord.

Tigurius was another MVP heavily crippled an assault terminator with a 6 wound dealing smite. Not to mention his prescience on the hellblasters made them real hard to shift.

Cassius did the least and was pretty much useless through out most of the engagement except when my stuff finally got assaulted and his retribution rule dealt 2 mortal wounds. Other than that he was not doing much.
