So, I have been trying to design a storage unit for my brother to organize his paints, tools, and brushes for my IGCSE Design and technology coursework. For part of my coursework I have to do a user survey, and as my user group, it would help me so much if you could take it. It's not very long, would take you less than a minute to fill out

A suggestion- your survey questions are... poor.

The age bands you've chosen don't make sense at all, and #s 7-9 are pretty much gibberish as well.

Natural wood, single color or patterns are not 'styles.'

And the colors are random grab bag; and only make sense if everyone answered 'single color,' which makes it meaningless for approximately two-thirds of respondents, which implies that decision is already made.

#4 is also a problem, simply because 'how many' doesn't inform the creator at all. Paint pots come in a range of sizes, after all. Even for kinds of paints common in this hobby, the relative tall thin paint dropper style bottles have very different requirements to the squat and fat GW bottles.

What sort of age bands would you suggest? As I am making this for my brother I just sort of went with the age groups that I know he talks among from my discussions with him.
Also I know that the single color question was a bit off - I tried to have it be a carried on questino from the previous answer but the surveymonkey website wouldn't let me...
Thank you for your comments, this area is rather new for me. I will edit the survey questions and if you have any suggestions as to what age bands would be more appropriate I would be grateful.

Based on my own personal 'needs', I answered the survey as is, and the questions were fine.

That said, my 'needs' are probably simple compared to some.

I only have GW paints, I only need one storage unit and it doesnt need to be fancy.
