Changing of the Ways - exposure to the raw will of Tzeentch changes and mutates his body, replacing all his previous gifts with new ones.
Since i read only HH series, i dont think i came across actual human body mutation of tzeentch follower. Lets put aside obvious like addition limbs and heads. My question is : What exactly can and cannot manifest when you have his "favour". It's usualy said that Tzeentch likes raven-like daemons. So could cultists get some feathers on its body? What about couple eyeballs? Areas of leather/scale skin, talons, fur? Is it just based on writers imagination, or are there rules?
The point of this topic is my work on tattoo. I wanted a fleshchange theme. Some piece of my body paint with fur, scales, spikes. Dozens of blank eyes clustered together. Distortions, optical illusions, basically i have no idea, just wild imagination. And of course, a big mark of Tzeentch on my chest. All done in azure ink.

Since Tzeentch is the god of change, mutation is one of his niches. The sky's the limit. His worshippers tend to mutate more than the other god's worshippers.
The mutations by their nature can look like pretty much anything. Mouths, eyes, and tentacles in random places are common, but worshippers of other gods get those too. Some more Tzeentch specific mutations are:
Bird features. Feathers, beaks, etc. Probably the most well known one.
Body turning into living crystal.
An aura of warp lightning/fire surrounding the mutant at all times.
Extra eyes that actually grant some form of extra sensory perception instead of just looking gross, like seeing into the future or the warp. Usually comes with a pretty big downside (can only see the moment of your death, insanity).

Tzeentch is the god of change, so someone with the gift of Tzeentch might have extra eyes one day and no eyes at all the next.

Do we have any official artwork on psykerks with aura of lightning/fire and crystal?

Other than a feather fetish, Tzeentch isn't exactly consistent. He is the embodiment of chaos. So anything goes.

Eyes that are sometimes mouths. Or feathers. Or pumpkins. Or stopwatches. Or little miniature versions of yourself that each have recursive miniature versions in the same place on and on and on into infinity until you're driven insane by staring at the infinitely recursive versions of yourself staring at recursive versions staring at recursive versions recursive recursive versions versions versions...
Yeah, Tzeentch is weird man. At least Khorne is pretty straight forwards. 'Fill this bucket with blood. Don't stop until it's full' (spoiler: the bucket is never full).
