So does tzeentzch and or greater daemons like Lord's of change, have the ability to pass through time and or dementional planes? I assume there is limitations placed on by tzeenztch.

Iirc tzeentch has a room or mirriors that basically lead to other words right? Trying to get more fantasy fluff for "my dudes"

To many unpainted models to count.

Time Travel is interesting, since time does not flow conventionally in the Realm of Chaos time travel is possible. However, all examples in both Fantasy and 40k have only been travelling varying degrees forward, so backwards time travel does not seem possible (though meeting individuals/affecting events from the past does seem possible in some indirect fashion).

AoS does include mentions of other worlds in addition to the mortal realms, accessible via the realm of chaos (since Archaeon has ransacked a number of them). Also note the mortal realms themselves are not proper worlds but planes of existence similar to MtG.

It's also theoretical that AoS and 40k are connected via the realm of chaos/warp though personally I think that isn't the case and the idea is just a holdover from old fluff where WHFB was just a single world in the 40k galaxy.

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Not true. From Codex Orks (7th edition):

978.M41 The Lost Waaagh!
The Ork Warlord Grizgutz, a noted kleptomaniac, launches his Waaagh! into the Morloq system. Whilst using Warp travel to reach their quarry, Grizgutz and his warband unwittingly travel through time and emerge from the shifting chaos of the Empyrean shortly before they set off. Grizgutz hunts down and kills his doppelganger, reasoning that this way he can have a spare of his favourite gun. The resultant confusion stops the Waaagh! in its tracks.

I stand corrected!

Yes, it's a memorable story that fits the ork mentality to a T.

Is there any mention of possibility of connection to the old world and or a version or the old world.

No, (what remains of) the old world is very much in AoS already; the moon around which Sigmar built his levitating stormcast citadel is the core of the old world. Stormcast Eternals' weapons and armor is literally made out of the old world, in a way.

Given the relative nature of time in the Warp/Realm of Chaos, I guess it's theoretically possible that your daemons may have been to World that Was, but keep in mind that thousands of years have passed since the End Times. Even for daemons in a relative time stream, that's a long time.

2000 Khorne Bloodbound (Skullfiend Tribe- Aqshy)
1000 Tzeentch Arcanites (Pyrofane Cult - Hysh) in progress
2000 Slaves to Darkness (Ravagers)

Given that daemons don't age or die it's likely the would have, unless they were never 'deployed' to the old world or were created after it's destruction. But I have a feeling the OP isn't considering daemons.

More interested in the posibility of say a lord of change being able to pop into the past and snatch up chaos warriors and pull them to sigmar land and friends and them when he's done with them toss them back.

Also there is a Necron lord in 40k who often goes back in time and adjusts the past to fit his plans.

He goes foreword, sees what’s going to happen, and then changes things in the present to cause the desired outcome, so that’s not one, but there are plenty of other examples. The Ouroboros is a device that can effect the past, and the Legion of the Damned, who were most likely the Fire Hawks chapter at one point, have been seen before their chapter disappeared, suggesting time travel as well.
