My questions was about the update regarding Astra Militarum stuff + DKoK etc.

Thanks for contacting us. While we don't have any information currently about how our studio plan to incorporate the changes from the new Astra Militarum codex that affect the Forge World forces such as the DKK (as well as the Elysians and Renegades and Heretics) we are passing on any questions to them to either address in a future FAQ/errata update or new Imperial Armour publication.

However, our studio plan to release more Imperial Armour books that cover specific armies like the Death Korps and Elysians in greater detail. We don't know when these books will be released at the moment but hopefully you won't have too long to wait.

In the meantime we suggest using the rules from the new Codex where appropriate.

Would have been good if GW coordinated with FW so that an faq could have been ready for the codex release.

Cool to know. Unfortunately with FW this means anytime between now and the year 3000. I remember sending them an email asking about if they were going to start selling Gorgon Heavy Transports again. They said they would soon when they finished fixing the molds. That was almost 2 years ago. Hopefully with the re-release of the DKoK at ease squad they'll be giving the DKoK and Elysians some love again. Fingers crossed.

We never did get the ABG list updated for the 6th edition codex. Leman russes got an even larger change with the new codex than they did back then. 6th just lowered the points a bit, so you could still take the FW tanks and pay bit of a premium for co-axial stubbers or annihilators. Now though, with the double shooting turrets the FW variants are completely pointless.
