Have 2 sets of Dark Imperium DG and Typhus. What are some of the key or central items to get for the army next? Local store has all new releases. what will get used most right away?

Pestilent Plague Marine with Blight Grenade

Blightspawn and Tallyman are situational and depending on your play style could be missed for the time being.
Not necessarily pure DG but a Predator kitted out with quad lascannons can really pack a punch. I've used one in almost every game of 8th and it's always claimed back far more than it's points (which is actually quite cheap)
Blightlords are good distraction units and are surprisingly very tough to kill. But definitely Plagueburst Crawlers and a Daemon Prince should be high on the purchase list.

Notice the Nurgle Daemon Prince is online only. Is that an old sculpt and a new one could be coming out? So Terminators aren't bad, how about a Putrifier? I've got around 150 to use immediately, just wanted to get the best use/value for this round of purchases. Crawler will probably be a for sure in that purchase then.

Online only as it's an old metal-to-finecast sculpt. There may be a new one in the future but I doubt it - at least nothing as been mentioned. There is a plastic DP model that came out a few years back that you could use instead if wanting plastic.
Putrifier combos nicely with big blobs of plague marine units using the Blight Bombardment strat. Also is surprisingly good CC character assassin as the pistol does d6 damage if you can get the wound through.

Cultists are good in a DG army. Hard to find them though, unless you go ebay and the like.
Definitely bring in a Daemon Prince. The plastic kit is fine. Proper Nurgle paint scheme will be enough.
I think Daemons might be a nice add on. Plague Drones are fast and tough, good tarpits, they replaced Spawn as HQ escort IMO. The Start Collecting Nurgle box is a great buy.

So what is the best load out for a Plagueburst? Standard setup or different? Think I am going to pick one of those up, a set of Terminators and either a Putrifier or a Blightspawn. Also see I need to pick up a couple of the 3 man PM kits so I can get some blightlaunchers and plasma guns.
