Trygon Prime with other unit of ‘stealers for a surprise attack
Tervigon, last Malenthrope and termagants to grab objectives
Rippers because I needed a third troop choice for those sweet command points

Well don't get your hopes up. Tournaments are full of cheese and your list is lacking a lot.
You will struggle against any high T opponents.
Let's start with the termagants put atleast 10 devilgaunts inside. Also a single tervigon on in a bad idea 2 of them should give you 20 wounds a turn back to your units making 2 units of 30 very hard to displace. I would take 2 trygons because your list is just lacking punch power against tanks.

I would deep strike 2 trygons with 2 units of 30 termagaunts (40 armed with devourers) giving you 140 shots @s4 turn one

That is a better distraction then spending 270 points on malatrophes. ravangers are also worth looking in to now days they move much faster then genestealers can deep strike for free and could be in combat the first turn with a slingshot right out of your deployment zone
