Fyreslayers.

They are my current army in AoS at the moment and I’m ready for some new models to paint and add to it. The Vostarg Lodge is also what I painted my army as, and it just so happens that they are the same lodge mentioned in the Shadespire lore.

Yes. I'm getting everything. Love this release and it's hopefully bright future.

Seraphon, they are visually distinct and haven't received any new models in several years. The nature of Seraphon allows them to be one of the more colorful teams. Followed by that, flesheater courts or vampires, nurgle, aelves. I would have put Skaven at the front, but seeing as how they are basically confirmed I figured i'd root for some other things.

I think some minor vampires like the one from spear of shadows would be awesome. They could also fill an important gap in the available minis for skirmish.

Given GW's last batch of Skaven plastics, I expect that faction to be awesome.

And they should also have some fun mobility tricks.

Same. I'm hoping for Eshin skavens.

Nurgle Rotbringers could be awesome - New Blight Kings models and hopefully some new Marauders or even Plaguebearers.

Agreed - although Adhema is not that minor, she is compared to Neferata but not when compared to mortals. http://whfb.lexicanum.com/wiki/Adhema

A Handmaiden of Neferata with some living lovers/expendable minons would be thematic and interesting play style as well as giving us some new models! Never have too many vampire models.

Also Eshin would be great and fit the theme.

Have they announced how much these expansions will be?
There's an advert in WD for the next two sets coming out but no prices anywhere.
Looks like 60 cards + model cards + the models.
Here's hoping they're about half the price of the boxed starter set.

My Painting Blog: http://gimgamgoo.com/
Currently most played: Silent Death, Xenos Rampant, Mars Code Aurora and Battletech.
I tried dabbling with 40k9/10 again and tried AoS3 - disliked both, but I'm enjoying HH2 and trying Battletech Classic and AS out

I'm most excited for Sylvaneth. Even if all the models are just Dryads, I'm really excited to see the updated sculpts and character-look models for that!

The skeletons are the coolest looking models they've shown so far. Not going to hold out hope for other warbands that they haven't announced yet, but I would like to see my own faction (Kharadron) at some point.

I'm on a podcast about (video) game design:

That would be amazing. I would buy one set to play with and another to cannibalize for parts.

I've seen independent retailer spreadsheets that list them at $30 USD. So yep, half the price of the core box.

Stormcast, Orks, and Sylvaneth are the models that tempt me to pick up Sigmar. Quite happy with 2 but I'd sure love to see the third.

Maybe they'll do some cool foot knights for Free Guild/Peoples?

Be a cool way to reintroduce a Mortal Realms pseudo Bretonnia faction.

I'd love to see a human force, could do some really characterful models.

But seeing as they prefer Stormcast now, I think the closest things I'll have to humans is the Sepulchral Guard - there is a skeleton inside every human.

Stormcast come across as a lot more human when one gets to take his helmet off.

Yes, that would be cool!

True, and I really start to like the Stormcast range, but there is an appeal in a simple human fighting against Chaos and other terrors.. .

About the factions. I am excited for the 8 we will get now and can't wait to see hopefully see some Aelves, Tzeentch and etc.. in the future.

I hope the game does well enough to get another - I wouldnt mind a Knightly Free People warband (Empire/Bretonnian theme). The potential for some cool poses and unique models is fairly exciting.
