Too many models I want, too little time to paint and too little cash!

With news of updated rulebook coming and generally starting to get out of hibernation of painting after reading tons of books to get unread pile into smaller I'm thinking of next additions to my HH collection but I find I'm struggling to think up where I want to go. I could really do with some ~1500e spare cash to get them all

I currently have decent sons of horus collection. 2x20 tacticals, 2x10 heavy support guys, 10xveterans, sicaran, 2 contemptator(one from battle of calth, one with double kheres or close combat weapon), 3 jetbikes(with magnetized weapons), primarch, 2 vindicators with laser destroyer, rhino, 5 justicaerin and 2 units of legion terminators(from the plastic boxes). Oh and the fast attack SOH squad unassembled yet.

Also blood angel force of 2x10 tacticals in rhino, 10xsupport with volkites and 20xtacticals on foot, contemptator(Again BAC), predator.

Plus due to two boxes of burning of prospero 10 sisters of silence and 10 custodians.

I'm looking for building two sides of forces that both have selections so it's not same games all the time. Clearly BA needs more love here. However there are other projects with their silren calls...

Option A: Expand legions. I was eyeballing 20 assault marines(In MKII armour) for blood angels, MKII land raider, leviathan dreadnought and javelin land speeder. Speeder might go to SOH since they already have jetbikes so would fit. Other 2 vehicles to BA though to give them some heavy armour as well.
Option B: Expand the custodians to proper force. Some terminators, jetbikes, dreadnoughts and shooty guys and they would be significant stand alone force alone and allied with BA they would give me hefty pointed Imperial army to face with Sons of Horus. Also the gold armour is dead sexy and I love vallejo liquid gold effect there(luckily seems the news of them being discounted was false order. Local shop asked from the producers).
Option C: Warhound titan! Painted suitably non-chaosy could be used both and would be cool assembling and painting challenge. Problem being it's not easily fieldable in-game(especially as rest of armies aren't THAT big) and I'm not sure my abilities are yet up to the task. Also not sure of paint scheme or should I even try to fit the colour scheme with the two knights I have or not(which are also unpainted).

Opinions? Mostly debating between A and B.

Unhealthy Competition With Other Legions

Do you have a coherent theme for any of the forces?
Do your forces satisfy the Rites of War you want to play?

To me it looks like you are playing a 'Long March' Sons of Horus force and a more mechanised BA force.

This is a prime opportunity to round off the SoH force with more Justaerin for a full squad, a couple of jetbikes to have a larger squad or characters on jetbikes and another las-vindi to complete the squadron. I would always recommend some apothecaries for 20 man blobs. That would leave the SoH pretty much complete.
Forge world are pretty much finished with the SoH range so this is the time to make sure you have everything you want to form a coherent force.

For the blood angels, I'd mech up and get some rhinos, sicarian- or land raider- class vehicles and a Baneblade-class vehicle. These are all solid buys and can be fitted into most forces. I wouldn't go all-in on the BA just yet as there will be new and interesting 'must have' units for BA when Angelus drops sometime in the next decade.

I would focus on finishing the Sons of Horus, then the blood angels before starting the custodians or anything new. Titans are cool but unless you have friends who want to titan fight, they can be a very expensive paperweight.

Well not really overarching theme since we play with constantly changing army lists including ROW. Apart from tournaments where it is kind of required don't recall fielding same army list twice in a row(and if twice ever more of accident than intentional copying). As it is if tournaments would allow I would bring different army list for each game. I don't care if they would be predetermined by random in which round which is used For 5 game tournaments make that 5 different army lists! Due to randomization no real benefit and indeed hard core tournament players would skip that(why bring 5 lists for 5 games if you can't tailor them against opponent or scenario?) but I have habit of getting bored playing with same list 5 times in a row. 2 games doable. 3rd game sigh. 4th game urgh. 5th game AAAAARGH!

(so there basically is no complete collection either. Likely exception being titans and knights. I think I'll do those on generic paint scheme not too obviously either side so I can use them on either side)

BTW above adds bit of pressure to largening non-SOH force. As it is BA has limited options which basically limits gaming(forgot to mention they are playing against each other).

I'd recommend finishing SoH. As for what to buy - another sicaran and/or another tactical squad will never sit on the shelf. For BA assault squads are the right way, they are fast, hit hard and sinergize well with their RoWs.
