so looks like FFG have release more info on Legion and with it more units.

Speeder bikes
More Stormtroopers
AT-ST

AT-RT
Rebel Troops
T47 Airspeeder

i'm actually starting to like the looks of this game more now with these units. the models looks awesome (as usual with FFG) i think it's starting to add a bit more depth to the game.

All I hope is that the plastic is of the good HIPS kind.

If it's anything like what they had for the demo kits at Gen Con... I have bad news for you.

It's not exactly soft or hard, it's kind of in the middle. It's stiff, but flexible. Some of the demo tables had noticeable "wandering barrels". The detail was pretty "meh". The paint job... I'm pretty sure they were "touched up". At least the ones in the FFG display case were.

Think... the same plastic as what's in Imperial Assault.

It's not a prepainted game though, I thought?

“Good people are quick to help others in need, without hesitation or requiring proof the need is genuine. The wicked will believe they are fighting for good, but when others are in need they’ll be reluctant to help, withholding compassion until they see proof of that need. And yet Evil is quick to condemn, vilify and attack. For Evil, proof isn’t needed to bring harm, only hatred and a belief in the cause.”

i wonder if they were under a time limit to get stuff ready and cut the corner but hopefully the final products will be of the hard kind....

If they did that, it's a hell of a gamble.

Initial reviews will be poor, and turn people off. Witness Tamwulf's chilly interest in the game. If for some reason some people wanted bendy flexible low grade plastic and set their expectations as such, thinking that painting them will be easier, or less complex... or even think they come already assembled...

Tamwulf, did they have sprues on hand?

My kids have broken off enough hard plastic bits that I don't mind bendy gun barrels and swords as much. I'm in the minority
I know but I hope it's the same material the imperial assault guys are in but yeah they could do tons more units. Hoping for some
Rogue one units and characters too.
