Twighlt Zone is getting brought back. Jordan Pelle will be the new host

Wasn't certain about Jordan Peele at first, but thinking back he can do deadpan pretty well and still do the creepy smile, what more is needed?

Hate that CBS is going this Apple-like route of only allowing these shows on their personal service. I don't want to pay for multiple streaming services, but it's clear CBS does.

Between "Black Mirror" and "Dimension 404" (is that any good, by the way?), I wonder if people are really going to pay for this?

I'm not convinced that 'Twilight Zone' has the brand power that, for example, Star Trek has.

Sure, people like creepy anthology stories, but are they really going to end up being that tied to the Twilight Zone branding that they'd pay monthly to see it?

I genuinely don't know, I don't think so, but then, it's not my fandom...

Did black mirror get any better after the pilot? I suffered through the pig f*ing episode and the 'We hate advertising' episode and gave up, it wasn't very good.

So, getting brought back AGAIN (it's already had 2 runs-through - original Rod Serling 60s B/W series, and 80s series)

Like "The Outer Limits" got brought back again (1963 and 1995).

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Off topic: Yes, Black Mirror had some great episodes. I found the pig episode after having watched some of the good ones and couldn't believe that was the pilot.
Yeah, it was edgy and whatever but entirely unnecessary and guaranteed to make it hard for the average joe to recommend it to anyone.

On topic: Like the new Star Trek, I also won't be paying for yet another streaming service to see a single show.
I figure it will get sold to Netflix or Hulu at some point, come out on DVD or I just will never see it except for snippets uploaded to Youtube.
