Are there plague marines and other nurgle warriors for legions that aren't death guard (or warbands thereof).

I know that the black legion uses khorne bezerkers. Would they have plague marines... or would the alpha legion... as examples?

Abaddon has made pacts with Sorcerers from various Legions (and Berzerker Surgeons) to recreate all Cult troops. Some of the older CSM codexes express this. So the Black Legion could make their own Noise, Plague, and Berzerker marines. Thousand Sons Rubrics were explained as being hired bodyguards, or the Rubric could even be recreated by Black legion Sorcerers themselves.

I always loved the look of the Cult troops in BL alternate colors.

To explain usage on other legions you just have to Forge the Narrative!

Perhaps these Alpha Legionaires are recreatding a bio plague on an Imperial World, and some Infected Plague Marines have been created to become the vectors.

I think Berzerkers painted in blue/green Alpha colors would look amazing.

Well I was creating a blue and silver chaos undivided warband which could be Adharon's Reavers, Alpha Legion or even the Violators (if I wanted to be slaanesh).

I have a lot of Khorne Bezerkers (from an old battle box set), so have painted them blue and silver, with red helmet, one shouldpad, some hands and any swords or axes).

If I was getting nurgle plaguemarines (which I plan on doing as I'm going to get Dark Imperium box set) I'm trying to decide whether I can fluff them up so they join my blue and silver army.
How would I paint them? Deathguard/rot colours with blue and silver shoulders, or mostly blue and silver and try and decay or put rot on the shoulders or something. Any examples around? Most on google images are unclear with black Legion ones.

The imaginatively named Corpulax of the Dark Angels became a Plague Marine. He's in the Pandorax book, if I remember correctly. Anyone can become a Plague Marine, imho. The other three Cult units come from specific Legions, and require anything from Fabius' enhancements to the Butcher's Nails to the Rubric of Ahriman.

Noise Marines, Khorne Berzerkers, and Rubrics are a bit harder to imagine in other armies. I imagine they've all joined other Warbands, such as the Black Legion, but it's more difficult to see them joining the Alpha Legion. I can imagine some World Eaters joining an Iron Warriors Warband to aid in the storming of citadels, Rubrics following their Sorcerer to the Black Legion, or Noise Marines joining a Slaanesh-focussed Word Bearer Warband (off the top of my head), but I'm sure something similar could happen to god-aligned Alpha Legion Warbands. It's a big galaxy.

All Deathguard marines are Plague marines but not all Plague Marines are Deathguard. If a Black Legion marine feels inclined towards Slanesh he may become a Noise Marine. Etc

Any csm wanting to dedicate himself to Khorne/Slaanesh/Nurgle could do so on an individual basis. They would either join an existing cult band or function alone as an aspiring champion.
Alpha Legion doesn't really like the chaos gods, they do things for their own reasons and still function like (sneaky) legionaries but they disdain marines who worship chaos.
They will use them as tools, but cult troops in their warbands are temporary additions not Alpha Legion brothers.
