I’ve always wanted to do this ever since I got into the game. I’d love to build a fire team consisting of each type (Titan, Hunter, Warlock) and I would love to brainstorm some ideas here. I mostly work with gw parts but anything that suits the bill will do. Some ideas of the top of my head:

Hunters: Elysian Respirator Heads, Skitarii Ranger Heads, Pig Iron Kolony Feral Heads and Vicky Mini Camo Cloaks and Ranger Torsos.

Warlocks: Tau fire warrior heads for sure. Victoria miniatures greatcoat legs and torsos, along with the greatcoat legs from the Cadian command kit. Maybe some suitable Eldar bits too?

Titans: these get a lot tricker. Literally the only head I can find that looks anything like a titan head is this DE head. Actually the DE reaver heads in general would work but no idea what else would do. Maybe Tau bits?

For weapons I was going to raid the genestealer Cultist kit. I think the upcoming necromunda kits would work too. Thoughts?

Love the idea! Sounds like you've a decent selection of parts to put together too. I never really looked much a Titans when I played the game, so can't help much there. A squad of Reavers might be good to pick up anyway, to use as sparrows.
Gonna do any baddies?

Edit: might be worth looking at AOS kits too. Some nice cloaks and maybe even some guns that might work? Also, if you're ever modelling that bow power they have some good ones.

Got an end goal for them being used in games? Might make for a sweet Necromunda gang?

Oh, making the baddies? It could be difficult but I’m game! And somehow it never even occurred to me to use reaver jetbikes as sparrows so thank you for the suggestion! And I think the Stormcast eternals will be a good source of equipment. As will the the mechanicus.

End game...necromunda would be a good system to make rules for them. But I think I’d try 40k too.
