Before suggestions come in here are models I have available but not in the list.
1 more Earthshaker, 3 more cyclops, 3 heavy bolter tarantulas, 3 Manticores, 2 more squads of rough riders, tons of infantry with flashlights, plasma and melta guns, 3 wyverns, a flyer that can be a vulture or vendetta, and alternative HQ with different weapon load outs.

If it's not on the list I'm not going to buy and paint it in time for the LVO.

Current total is 1998 points so I'm probably going to give Boltgun to the company commanders and strip 1 off an infantry squad.

The list runs pretty straightforward. It can keep up to 11 units in reserves but I usually deploy the cyclops instead of deep striking them so they can lurk and ambush assault units. Sniper teams and rough riders are needed for the mobility in ITC format. I only need about 2 to 4 sabers but the enemy gets a vote and people like to smash them on turn 1 so I included some spares.

I tend to run a company commander as warlord with Laurels of Command and superior tactical training. Kurov needs 6 activations to make it's points back as a 2nd relic so I usually skip it.

The goal is to get off rerolls to hit and FRFSRF with Laurels. Superior tactical training and Laurels both feed off each other so on a good turn the excess orders go into the mortars.

Everything changes when fighting chaos. The presence of a super heavy will also change the warlord trait to old grudges.

can Spotlights work on Vehicals anymore ? i thought that was FaQed to allow only infantry

Only restriction I see is regiment

yea.. why i dumped the 3 newly built searchlights i was running. didnt help tanks so i removed them
