Planning on running this list over the weekend at a local 3 Round Tournament running ITC Missions
I have been playing around with a few variants of the list. Having a practice game tonight against the guy who came in second at the last Rtt. He plays chaos. Not sure what he will be running though. Most likely Death Guard but not sure....says he might change things up.
Not looking to taylor to his list or army since there will be about 24 pretty good players attending. Just looking for last minute adjustments that might or might not be glaring.

Basically the the Heavy Tanks sit back and take advantage of Cadian Regimental traits for shooting. The Banehammer will hold the Command squads and 2 Commanders. I can deploy all commanders and Psykers in the Banehammer to lower my drops. Banehammer will move out to get the command squads in position to utilize plasma shots from command squads. Reason for Cadian on Tanks is the re-roll of Ones with out having to buy a character.
Infantry will either bubble wrap tanks or be put behind tanks for cover... depending on who my opponent is. I have used the 3 Tanks to create an difficult wall to get around or go through. Tank can use Strat to attack on 2+ if needed.
Celestine is a counter charger.. objective grabber. I use her to skirt the enemy and take out perimeter units and Characters.
Culexus shuts down Psychic powers and prevents alot of smite... things my tanks dont like. Good at counter charge as well and prevents some infiltrate/scouts.
Command Squads ride in Banehammer and get in range to hurt decent units. If needed i bail out of tank and use the Mordian Order to target Characters... has worked incredibly well in many circumstances. Laurels of command allow my Commanders to give 2 orders to a unit.. so i can reroll 1s at the same time i target Characters with over charged plasma.
Mordian Regiment is because i like the 1+ leadership as well as the added overwatch. The Mordian Order to target Characters is the most important.
