Hey guys, I am jumping into a small 750 point tournament this weekend, 8th edition, and I would like some help on a Tau list.

So before I post the list, I do want to say that I really wanted to stack the cadre fireblade with lots of tau drones. I own about 24+ drones but I can only make 12 gun drones, excluding the ones from the vehicles I own .
This current list will be tested this week before the event but will it work?
I took the one little tau squad in the devilfish because I thought it would be nice to send a breacher team up to hit their heavysupport units on the second turn. Taking the fireblade with them will allow me to drop the drones in nearby to gain all that extra shooting at such a close range, really hitting those other shooty armies hard. But then again I am somewhat not interested in the devilfish as it costs a lot these days, and in a small 750 list this combo of firewarriors + cadre + fish = half my army. I also wanted to take this squad because some objectives say that they require Infantry models to hold them which would suck if all I had left was drones. But, if I played well, I could possibly kill off their Infantry with 4 shots per drone and + bs from a nearby suit.
My original list started off with no firewarriors and 2 8 drone squad units with 1 marker each. And then bam a ghostskeel in the middle to draw all that fire, while the skimmers and the commander be annoying on their side of the table.

Also, one last question, would my firewarriors + cadre + fish = 1 deployment if the fire warriors and cadre started inside of it? This will be helpful to know as I could make a nice list that will probably always grant me first turn.
I just had the idea of 11 drones in a devilfish + cadre. Would that work?
