I am a pretty new nid player, here is what I have thus far. Currently 1961 points. I get that I need to cut somewhere to make room for another Heavy slot. Where should I cut? What as a new player am I not seeing for weakness in my list? Is Jormungandr the best hive fleet for this kind of list? Also I have 10 more gargoyles sitting in simple green right now that will be ready shortly, 3 more rippers and a Broodlord.

Tyrant gaurd aren't really needed - your tyrant can start off the table and deep strike. Reduce them to a lictor and then you could probably squeeze a carnifex into the mix by dropping a few hormagants (that is totally fine)

I actually really like the models, and that is 10x str 10 swings on a unit that can set up in tunnels and only needs 7 inch charge into combat. But, they are large and would free up space for 1.4ish carnifex.
