They don't have any. They just add the appropriate Keyword.

Clocks for the clockmaker! Cogs for the cog throne!

Yeah, all that “marking” a unit does is add the relevant keyword to it. This then allows/prevents certain other rules to interact with the unit.

So units with a Mark of Nurgle for example in Chaos units used to get a +1 to their toughness, is this no longer the case?

Correct. They just gain the NURGLE Keyword.

No, this is no longer the case. All a <MARK OF CHAOS> does is give them one of the main 4 god's name as a keyword (KHORNE, TZEENTCH, NURGLE or SLAANESH)
