Hey, so I haven’t really seen infestation nodes much so I thought I’d write this list and see what people think.

The idea would be that you have your favourite Kronos artillery beasts bombarding away at the enemy with an infestation node or two hidden away behind some of the artillery. This would mean that once the enemy inevitably comes to kill them they would be met by some surprise genestealer deployments that would pop up and allow the artillery to either continue shooting or step back.

I have a Malanthrope for some extra protection, Zoanthrope because he’s cheap and a Broodlord for genestealer synergy.

I also thought it would be beneficial to have a Trygon Prime which could allow the deployment of at least one of the genestealer broods close to the enemy even if they never come to you. This can very easily be swapped out for another big artillery beast if you know your opponent will be coming to you.

Does anyone think its worth changing the hive fleet adaptation of the close combat elements so that there’s a better hive fleet adaptation for them or do you think its better to keep the synapse synergy?

Check out the army list below and please comment if you like the look of what you see!

Using infestation nodes to protect, and project the Stealers is a good plan. Seeing how you're running pure Kronos, I suggest rewritting your list into a Brigade for the extra CPs I think it'll work better for you. Good luck! And good hunting!

The will of the hive is always the same: HUNGER
