I have taken into consideration all the advice given to me in the last post !

Hq
Dark apostle w/ black mace
2X Exalted champion w/ power axe

Troops
3X 8 Khorne Berzerkers (including champion) all with chain axes and swords

Heavy Support
Chaos land raider w/ havoc launcher
2X Maulerfiend w/ lasher tendrils

Transports
2X Rhinos

LOW
Khorne Lord of Skulls (ichor cannon and skull hurler

Idea is to run the 2 rhinos each with a berzerker squad and exalt, while a third squad rides with the dark apostle in the landraider, hoping that the skull lord will distract most of enemies shooting while berzerkers and maulers tear enemy up!

How does this list look? Should I drop the lord of skulls and take more antitank and scoring units, and am I using the maulerfiends right by equipping lashertendrils? (still fairly new to chaos)
All help is much appreciated

This may not be helpful, BUT, taking off the upgrades on the KLoS and instead doing a Supreme Command Detachment of 3 Warpsmiths sounds awesome. The weapons the KLoS comes with are fine, and adding more points onto it is just gonna crush you when it goes down turn 2-3. Why not invest those points into 3 models that can heal up to 9 wounds every turn. In combination with it's own regen, you could get back 10 wounds each turn. Plus It would give you 3 extra CP to use.

I know this may not be the most helpful advice, but once it was in my head I had to share it

Edit:
NVM I just read the rules for Warpsmiths, you can't do that. Makes me sad.

But my point of the upgrades, I think having Helbrutes would be worth it more as it adds more targets and more wounds with good output.

I am both selfish and chaotic. I value self-gratification and control; I want to have things my way, preferably now. At best, I'm entertaining and surprising; at worst, I'm hedonistic and violent.

I would personally take a Kytan instead of of the Lord of Skulls. It's cheaper and arguably more scary. You could also move your Heavy Support and 1 HQ into its own Detachment for an extra CP.

Maulerfiends are great, but if you are good to go with Forge World stuff (like the Kytan), I would recommend Blood Slaughterers. They are outrageously good and didn't even get hit with the nerf bat either!

Thanks for all the help!
Note on the LOS;The equipped weapons make it a little more than 100 points cheaper (not upgrades if anything downgrades)
Also what makes the kytan better?
And sadly can't really fit 2 sluaghterers with either Los or kytan, would the list work better if the LOW is removed and more units added?

Oh sorry I meant if you replaced the Maulerfiends with the Slaughterers.

As for the Kytan/LOS debate, they are both good, and the LOS has a bit better shooting, and the Kytan is a bit better in close combat. Although, as the LOS gets more damaged, the better it gets in CC. Both are extremely good, but I like the Kytan more mostly because it looks waaaay cooler than the LOS.

If you did some playing around, you could take something that could cast Warptime on whichever LOW you take which pretty much means first turn charge with a LOW... either of which will main, kill, AND burn everything in its path.

Oh and they both benefit from the Daemonforge Strategem... which is nice.

Thanks for clearing up your point (every useful!), one question though... Wouldn't it be better to take the Kytan with renegade chapters? With the legion trait to advance and charge the kytan moves 12" plus 2d6 and can still charge if I'm right! Plus having a renegade chapter is a bit more believable than a psyker being allowed to cast anything on a khorne unit LOL.

Only infantry, bikes and helbrutes benefit from the legion trait, so no advance and charge with the Kytan.

I love this list and want to hear how it does in games! I've been trying to come up with a good World Eaters list since the codex came out. This may be the best I've seen. KILL! MAIM! BURN!

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700

I like the list and think you'll have a great time with it. Fun to play, play against and it fits the background perfectly.

I'd probably not take the Black Mace on the DA because he's only got 3 attacks and instead take the Brass Collar for a bit more psychic defence. Of course this doesn't really rely on the models you have so you can test different options and see what you like best.
