According to the sprue pictures on their sales hub, the only differences are the paint jobs on the finished model shots.

the Black Guardian product page also shows that it's a box of normal guardian windriders you receive.
Just trying to make it easier for people to find the right models

I find it interesting that GW still lists them as a separate unit. Unless I missed something, there are no actual 'Black Guardian' squads outside Guardian squads from Ulthwe.

Just another head-scratcher from GW. Someone likes burning up SKUs, making orders harder on retailers and pushing more box art sleeves.

They're the same box, and probaly the same SKU as well.
It's a 'dual kit' so both builds have their own entry in the online store so people looking for 'Black Guardian Windriders' for little Timmy's birthday present don't have to know that 'Windriders' are the same kit
