Close game... BA fought well.

Bow down to Guilliman for he is our new God Emperor!

Martel - "Custodes are terrible in 8th. Good luck with them. They take all the problems of marines and multiply them."

"Lol, classic martel. 'I know it was strong enough to podium in the biggest tournament in the world but I refuse to acknowledge space marines are good because I can't win with them and it can't possibly be ME'."

DakkaDakka is really the place where you need anti-tank guns to kill basic dudes, because anything less isn't durable enough.

Yeah, he put up a good fight but Frankie and his Sisters are extremely good.

Nice report.

Question: what's the source of the buildings on the table? The ones with the red/black and red/purple checkered roofs respectively?

The company who made the video also sells the terrain you see used.

Thanks!

... and... it's almost like there's some sort of plan going on there....

It's good to see BA doing as well as they did against Sisters. You have a person who, I assume doesn't have as much experience, playing with a brand new codex against someone who's much more experienced in their army for 8th. Yeah Sisters don't have a codex but they are an incredibly competitive index army. It's a good omen on BA's power level. Seems like they are much better than the vanilla SM codex.

Hey reece, what do you think about the Sanguinary guard swords (exactly identical to force swords) being more expensive than force swords, and exactly the same price as a fist, while their axes are even more expensive?

Do you think they had some logical reasoning to that, or do you think someone just forgot to double check that price point before print?

@Aesthete

Yeah, we manufacture those products, ourselves =)

You can pick some up here if interested: https://store.frontlinegaming.org/

@Hoodwink

Yeah, Sisters are very strong. And to be fair, Frankie is also an extremely good player, too.

@niv-mizzet

Unfortunately I cannot answer questions like that, sorry =/

I assume the discrepancy will be addressed sooner or later. I think the main point to focus on though is that Sanguinary Guard are very, very good right now.
