Everyone knows that Primaris are the new hotness and mini-marines are the new "old and busted". Also, Primaris scale better with Bobby G. Also, Blue is the new black.
Basically, Bobby G benefits Ultramarines pretty mightily, and the new Primaris miniatures are awesome, so I figured I'd run a list with about as many of the new models as I possible can, and also maybe be able to win a game or two. I need your help!

HQ - Tigurius (He's awesome, but I'm not sure what to give his -1 to in this list...)
HQ - Primaris Librarian
Elite - Primaris Ancient with Banner of Emperor Ascendant
Elite - Primaris Apothecary
Elite - 6x Aggressors with Boltstorm Gauntlet and Frag Launchers
Elite - Venerable Dreadnought with Twin Lascannon and Missile Launcher
Elite - Venerable Dreadnought with Twin Lascannon and Missile Launcher
Troops - 5x Intecessors with Bolt Rifles
Troops - 5x Intecessors with Bolt Rifles
Troops - 5x Intecessors with Bolt Rifles
Troops - 5x Scouts with Sniper Rifles and Camo Cloaks
Heavy Support - 5x Helblasters with Rapid Fire Plasma
Heavy Support - 5x Helblasters with Rapid Fire Plasma

So, obviously the plan is to cluster around Bobby G and push forward for glory, but is this the most efficient way to do it? I'm not really convinced that I need the scouts with sniper rifles, since I'm thinking they are just there to help me with some deployment shenanigans. Also, not really sure what Tigurius gives a -1 to hit to in this list, since everything is pretty equally squishy. Finally, do I need the Primaris Librarian or Apothecary or should I be trying to fit another Captain or Lieutenant in there, or maybe go for some Inceptors?
I tried playing around with the points to get a full Brigade Detachment but I don't think I can make it work with just Primaris and Bobby G, but maybe if I drop the Intercessors and go for just scouts as my troops?
Any ideas Dakka?
The other benefit to an army like this, being all infantry (and dreads), it fits pretty comfortable in a small case!

I'm thinking that you'll have problems with mobility with this list. Maybe it's just my play style, but everything here seems so SLOW.
Maybe some Interceptors, or at least Reivers for that mock mobility?

I've had a lot of luck with Ven Dreads sporting Las and Cannons. You have versatility with the cannon of going for d6 lower S shots or a single S8 shot... but the cannon is 4 shots (more than the average d6 roll) and only slightly weaker than the missile.
At 8 points more a pop, those are (IMO) very much worth the points - especially when hitting on 2's with rerolls & rerolls on wounds near "Bobby." : )
Myself, I'm not really sold on SM Psykers yet. Tigurius is a bargain for the points,but you could go with a cheaper HQ option and (1) pay for Cannons on the Dreads & (2) bump some of your existing units. More Hellblasters would be good at S8 with that banner!

Yea, I hear both of you on the feedback. I'm not really sure what Tigurius or a Primaris Librarian is adding me on this list. I don't really need any of the psychic powers, and Tiggy's -1 to hit doesn't really belong on anything, except maybe the Helblasters?
Also, since I already have two squads of scouts, should my Intercessors be 1 squad of 10? Same question on my Helblasters actually to reduce drops.
As for Inceptors, what would you drop to add them in?
