Anyone out there who's ordered from the CMON store since black Friday gotten a shipping update or their order? I placed an order on December 2 and haven't heard anything since, and the account login is absolutely not doing so for me. I imagine with those prices that they were horribly swamped with orders, but I'm starting to wonder if they've fallen back into their New Wave Games habits.

I placed two orders in late November and early December. I received the second order already but haven't received so much as a whisper about the first order. The first order was all discounted WoK, if that makes a difference.

I emailed for an update a few days ago. They said their goal is to ship everything by Dec. 31.

Just called about my order placed on the 27th of November. The rep I spoke to said that orders from the 27th, 28th and 29th are packed and awaiting shipment so hopefully there will be movement soon.

I got one of my orders about a week ago, the other one nothing has happened with. The one I got was WOK stuff.

Logging in to the store is a pain but this worked for me

use the forgotten password link top right and use your store email address (trying to do so from the store page caused it to crash for me)

this gives you an email with your user name (not your email but your actual name or some permutation of it)

and a link to get a new password, use this to get a 2nd email

and then navigate to the store

Thanks for the step-by-step! Worked perfectly for me, and my order is... still in process. But at least I can see it's there.

I placed two orders - 1 for Wrath of Kings stuff and one for other minis. The other minis arrived, the WoK stuff I haven't heard a peep on but it seems like there might be supply issues (from what I heard here).

3 orders and they all ended up with WoK stuff in them.

So naturally nothing.

If it's true about orders placed on the 27th going out, maybe I'll see something soon?

I dipped into my unopened and unbuilt reserves instead to put under the tree since nothing I've ordered has shown up.

My wife insisted I buy something else for her to give to me.

I may have forgotten to mention the other order.

I made an order on Dec. 6th with some Christmas gifts for my sons, but I haven't heard anything about it. Their customer service phone number in the order email is also defunct. I did receive the order I made on Black Friday relatively quickly, so I was hoping that given a 19 day lead I could get them to deliver something before Christmas, but I guess not.

The other CMON thread has an active number for reaching their customer service.

I placed an order on 12/01. Got it 12/09. It was mostly WoK stuff. It was missing a Darksword mini and a Wok thing that was out of stock. So due a $37 refund. I emailed them... CSR Kisada said they were behind on refunds and to allow 5-8 business days. That was the 11th. Still don't have refund yet. I emailed again but have not heard back...

My friend also placed a WoK order on the first and has not received any thing yet though...

I just placed another order today to get some more WoK stuff since the sale is ending soon.

I also am due a refund for some Kabuki minis they didn't have.

Neither hide nor hair.

Unfortunately I have never had any "quick" experiences with an order from CMON, even outside of a great sale like this one. Earlier this year I ordered a book and pack of cards for one game, and instead they sent me ones for a completely different game. The story of getting the correct items in my hands is nearly unbelievable....so many mistakes were made by them.

But was it important thematically for them to side trip to Las Vegas to hire the mailman?

and now they're closing for the holidays so I suspect no shipping till the re-open (fair enough it's just going to get lot in the post if it sets off now)

I made an order on the 27th November for some WoK stuff in the sale, and have heard nothing so far.
I've tried sending an email to their customer services but have heard nothing so far.
Really shoddy customer service.

I haven't heard anything about the order I made on Black Friday. My recent order came in, with one item missing, and they already refunded me for the missing item.

I wonder if they are just trying to clear out all the smaller, easier orders first or working backwards.

Sure would be nice to know.

I had t come up with all sorts of emergency last minute gifts for people, no thanks to this sale.

My hopefully inevitable pile shall be the envy of Dakka!

IDK my plan is to give them another 30 days....then I'll just put in a complaint to paypal for non-shipment. Is ridiculous to wait over 30 days and not even get an update.

Another order I did with another game company is in the same limbo but at least I have gotten a couple emails from them explaining they were swamped and extremely behind in shipping out orders----and this order is for a much smaller dollar amount.

Perhaps CMON are getting in on the 80's retro craze. "May take 6 to 8 weeks to arrive." It's like being a kid again.


But yeah, I'm surprised they haven't at least sent out an automated sorry for the delay message.

I got an email a while back saying they were attempting to get everything out by the 31st.

They're certainly running out of time. It's been over a month since I placed my first order, and have received everything else I've ordered since then, including my Wyrd Black Friday stuff, which got delayed due to casting issues, yet still managed to get here first. It's not like Wyrd didn't get bombarded with orders either...

Frustrating to say the least.

To be fair, CMON probably sold as much Wyrd merchandise as Wyrd did, along with thousands of other items. That 75+% sale of theirs will be long remembered.

CMON is notoriously, horribly slow during the best of times - and with this big holiday sale/clearance blowout, they're even slower.

On top of that, they noted that they're shut down until Jan. 8, so anything that hasn't shipped yet (as of I think the 24th) isn't shipping until then now...

So they took a 2 week vacation from shipping out orders despite being a month behind on fulfillment.

On a personal note, this is fething unacceptable for any company of any size to operate in such a slipshod manner.

Seems like 2017 was the year I shed awful companies - The War Store and CMON will both never get my money ever again.

Just wow....I mean I'm personally in no hurry considering what I saved but that's insane to me. I thought they were planning on shipping once they shut down as they wouldn't have any additional orders to put out so they could catch up.

Oh well, joins the list of if the price is right and I don't need it for a month or two I'll purchase locations.
