Few point savers.

I doubt you need the second Dominos. There aren't so many heavies that you'd likely break them up. Dropping down to an Enginseer nets you like 70 points.

Second, you can use a strategem and remove the need for the datasmith. That's another 50 ppints.

At that point you can add another Kastellan or, if you swap some infantry weapons around, maybe find room for another Onager. Another Kastellan would be good if in dakka mode. Most Necron vehicles are only T6, the same as the Str of the Kastellan guns.

Your gut instinct for the Icarus Array is right against Necrons. Neutron Lasers won't do well against Quantum Shielding, and with a strategem, your Icarus should hit infantry or vehicles on 2s.

If you own Dragoons they do very very well in a Stygies VIII detachment I strongly recommend a unit of at least 3 and use the Conqueror stratagem with them. You'd take out many necrons
