Try a fraction more of the grey one. I've had similar issues when I was judging the quantities by eye & wasn't being accurate enough. Also could be environmental, is it very cold where you're working?
I have some superfine and the first batch I used was flexible and crumbly after curing. I mixed it pretty well I thought, kneading it into a ball for a couple of minutes.
The second try I read rhe directions and then mushed it for 5 minutes solid. Way more than I thought would be necessary. This batch worked flawlessly.

i always put in a tad of green stuff, i mix all 4 parts together that way theres 3 distinct colours, and its easier to judge how well its mixed, i find a tad of GS makes it easier to work with also
