Orks are very hard to get wrong if you use dry brushing and shading washes. It's why I love them so much and this especially look great! May I ask how you painted this? Was it black coat for skin and then lead belch for metal? Then a wash of brown all over the metal and a dry brush of necron compound? I'm thinking of getting my own dreadnought some time and would like to paint it like this.
My Morkanaut looks great but required way too much work that a friend ended painted it (also my shaky hands don't help). When I paint stuff I want it to look like yours.

Of course i can tell you how i paint this Deff Dread
Armour - Base is Chaos Black, next i drybrush all dawnstone, next i made chipped ironbreaker, i dont use shade/wash for armour.
Metalic - leadbelcher is base, next twin shade from agrax and next all drybrush runefang steel

The weathering on that dread looks amazing! I love how dirty it looks, while still showing a good amount of colour underneath.
