Hi, I'd like to play a BB league with my friends but I still don't know that hire a player who has more skill.

How do you guys draft a team when the league start?

Is it allow to hire the skilled player or not?

You buy new players as listed for your team and get the skills as listed (if any). That is the normal way. All new players start with 0 star player points (xp). When a player scores, intercepts, make a completion (successfull pass & catch) and injures opponents in block, they earn star player points which will lead to levelups: skills or stat increase.

one of the death done books has the prices on skill I believe. I dont have my DZ books with me at the moment to confirm.

The skills and stat increases have a cost, but that's to track the increased team rating, not so you can just buy upgrades. As Baxx says, you can only hire players with no upgrades.
